Astro Energy Report Highlights
All dates are at exact peak of intensity when energies begin to culminate and wane. If you have personal planets or points within 1-2º orb of an aspect that’s occurring between planets then you will feel that celestial event more strongly.
On December 2nd – Jupiter at 11º Scorpio Trines Neptune in Pisces, exact at 8:22pm PT. Trines are always easy flowing. Feel good energy is highlighted now. Jupiter’s expansiveness connects with Neptune higher ideals and dreams. You could realize a dream. Money can really flow well whenever Jupiter is in nice aspect to Neptune. Lucky opportunities may come.
On December 2nd – Mercury at 29º 18’ Sagittarius Stations Retrograde exact at 11:34pm PT. Your thoughts turn within. Intuition can be especially good when Mercury is retrograde. It’s time for a re-view of your life and your projects, or take care of any outstanding maintenance on means of communication and connecting with others. Mercury retrograde is great for making needed attitude adjustments and re-thinking things. If you know what house your natal Mercury is located look below at ‘Meaning of the 12 Houses’ (below) for more insight. Mercury rules the 3rd house and Sagittarius the 9th, so check those two houses, too.
On December 3rd – Gemini Super Full Moon at 11º 40’ exactly at 7:47am PT
The Gemini Super Full Moon Opposite the Sun (as always at a Full Moon) Forms a T-Square to Neptune in Pisces. Jupiter’s Trine to Neptune really expands breakthrough opportunities now. Stay positive! You could feel a little ungrounded or confused now with all that’s happening. Inhale the scent of your chosen essential oil or blend to soothe and comfort your mind and emotions and keep you grounded.
The Cancer Super Full Moon is forming a loose Grand Cardinal Cross with Pluto in Capricorn, Mars in Libra and Uranus in Aries. The Grand Cardinal Cross will play out from now until the morning of September 6th. The skies are a little tense. Go with the flow of changes underway.
On December 6th – Mercury at 28º Sagittarius Conjuncts Saturn. Mercury is within orb of an exact Trine to Uranus at 24º which will be exact on the 10th. Again you have easy flowing events coming in that can help you ground your ideas and make them reality. Stay loose and adapt through the changes.
On this is same day, December 6th, Mercury is Sextile to Mars in Libra. And Mars is Sextile to Saturn. Sextiles always spell opportunities. Stay grounded as opportunities for change in your life structures and relationships go through upgrades now.
On December 7th and 8th the Moon in Leo forms a Grand Fire Trine with Venus, the Sun, Mercury and Saturn in Sagittarius and Sextile to Mars which turns the Trine into a Kite pattern. Fire Trines are great for enhancing your intuition and creativity. As the Grand Trine and Kite Patterns encompass all of your personal planets, the moon and Saturn this can feel like a very personally rewarding day with long term possibilities.
VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions. Essential oils can help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions.
Void of Course Moon periods are great for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
Void of Course Moon Phases are not good for starting new projects, or launching new ventures, or having meetings (if you want to achieve anything), or signing contracts and making agreements as it’s less likely anything will come of any agreement, or it will be sluggish and slow to start.
For your New and Full Moon Rituals make sure the Moon is not Void of Course and in aspect to another celestial body when doing your ritual for best results.
- On December 2nd we end a 20 hour Void of Course Moon at 1:21pm PT when the Moon enters the sign of Gemini.
- On December 4th we have a 1+ hour Void of Course Moon from 11:13am PT to 12:37pm PT when the Gemini Moon enters the sign of Cancer.
- On December 6th we have a 2+ hour Void of Course Moon from 9:56am PT to 12:37pm PT when the Cancer Moon enters the sign of Leo.
- On December 8th we have a less than 30 minute Void of Course Moon from 2:40pm PT to 3:09pm PT when the Leo Moon enters the sign of Virgo.
