Ajna Pranic Light Breathing Meditation

Sit comfortably with your spine erect, close your eyes and begin to focus your attention at your Ajna Chakra (Brow Chakra) located between your eyebrows at the center of your forehead.

Your brow chakra is the base, foundation or pedestal upon which your third eye chakra rests. Your third eye chakra is located at the center of your forehead.

Inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with air.

Feel and hear your breath moving in and out at the back of your throat as you imagine prana (rainbow light) streaming in through your crown chakra and circulating down through your Kundalini Channel (spinal cord) to nourish all of your chakras.

Continue focusing on your brow chakra, breathing in a slow, rhythmic way for 1-4 minutes as Prana streams in through your crown chakra and circulates down through your Kundalini Channel.

If you feel light headed at any time please stop your Ajna Breathing practice. Initially you want to keep your Ajna Breathing practice short (no longer than 5 minutes). Overtime you can build-up your stamina for longer and more intensive breathing practices.

After completing your Ajna Breathing practice allow yourself to rest for 1-4 minutes in a corpse pose (lying flat on your back, palms facing up, your legs hip width apart, breathing slowly and freely).

Please share your experiences when practicing the Ajna Pranic Light Breathing Meditation.
