Rainbow Light Breathing - First to Fourth Chakras - Healing Mantras

SIXTH ACTION EXERCISE - Rainbow Bridge is a term used in esoteric or metaphysical healing for the circuits of energy that connect your physical life form with your transpersonal Divine Nature. This series of guided visualizations is for clearing (energy blockages), balancing and charging all of your 7 major energy systems, or chakras.

Sit comfortably with your spine erect and focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with oxygen. Visualize the oxygen you breathe in being filled with the rainbow light of Prana, or vital life force energy.

See this Pranic light, or life force energy, vibrating with all the colors of the rainbow as it fills your lungs and is delivered through your blood stream to all the cells of your body. As you exhale see any toxic residue leave your energy system with each out breath. 

Always focus briefly on each energy center, moving upward through your tree of life and power centers. To reinforce this practice I will be including the previous week's lessons for clearing, balancing and charging your Major Energy Centers or Chakras  

BASE (Muladhara) CHAKRA

Focus your awareness briefly at your Base Chakra, your vital Root center. See a Warm Red light pulsing with energy. This is your procreative life force energy. It's nature is forceful and passionate.

Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Base Chakra emits lower frequency energies of frustration and rage.

Related physical imbalances, include: hemorrhoids, sciatica, prostrate, ovarian and uterine conditions.

Recite this mantra aloud six times. I GROW, I LOVE, I CREATE, I TRANSMUTE. Then recite this same mantra silently within yourself. Remember to inhale fully and exhale as you recite this mantra.

Now sound the note LA (Keynote C Major) and continue to focus your awareness at your Base Chakra, located at the end of your spine, the serpent's tailbone.

SPLEEN OR SEX (Svadisthana) CHAKRA

Focus you awareness half way between your navel and your pubic bone (Hips, Sacrum & Genitals). See a Warm Salmon colored Pink light pulsing with energy.

This is your vital life force energy for purification and health. It's nature is calm and soothing and it imbues you with an inherent sense of well-being.

Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Spleen/Sex Chakra emits lower frequency energies for attracting conditions that trigger states of anxiety and worry. Issues of rejection or victimization and the need to protect are often prevalent. 

Related physical imbalances, include: toxic and infectious conditions, cancer and diabetes.

Recite this mantra aloud six times. I LIVE, I PURIFY, I ACCEPT, I PROTECT. Then recite this same mantra silently within yourself. Remember to inhale fully and exhale as you recite this mantra.

Now sound the note BA (Keynote D), an octave above LA. Continue to focus your awareness at your Spleen/Sex Chakra.

SOLAR PLEXUS (Manipura) CHAKRA

Focus you awareness just above your navel (Digestive System). See a bright, fiery Emerald Green light pulsing with vibrant energy in this center.

This is your vital life force energy for empowerment and self esteem. It's nature is emotional desire for power.

Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Solar Plexus Chakra emits lower frequency energies for attracting conditions that trigger bouts of struggle and frustration with fulfilling one's desires. Emotional issues of ambition and inhibition devour your present moment awareness and you suffer from rampant feelings of fear, guilt and doubt.

Related physical imbalances, include: Ulcers and Gallstones

Recite this mantra aloud six times. I OPEN, I DESIRE, I FOCUS, I FLOWER. Then recite this same mantra silently within yourself. Remember to inhale and exhale fully as you recite this mantra.

Now sound the note RA (Keynote E), an octave above BA. Continue to focus your awareness at your Solar Plexus Chakra.

HEART (Anahata) CHAKRA

Focus you awareness at your heart, the upper chest and upper back area. See a radiant Sun Gold light pulsing with vibrant energy in this center.

This is your vital life force energy representing compassion and giving (the serpent dragon). It's nature and primary function is to connect you with love.

Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Heart Chakra emits lower frequency energies for attracting conditions that trigger grief, heaviness, sadness and despair. Emotional issues of lack, loss, less than, never having enough or being enough or quite up to the task of your life devour your present moment awareness and you suffer from rampant feelings of being unloved, unappreciated, disconnected, restricted, limited, not fitting in, or able to find your niche in the world.

Related physical imbalances, include: Stroke, angina, arthritis

Recite this mantra aloud six times. I OPEN, I ACCEPT, I CONNECT, I LOVE. Then recite this same mantra silently within yourself. Remember to inhale and exhale fully as you recite this mantra. A balanced and charged Heart Chakra attracts experiences of abundance, prosperity and sharing.

Now sound the note YM (Keynote F), an octave above RA. Continue to focus your awareness at your Heart Chakra.

Continue your practice daily for best results! Ideally you will focus for 5 minutes clearing balancing and charging each of your Primary Chakras, or vital life energy centers.

These Action Exercises will balance and strengthen Your Rainbow Bridge and give you the necessary stamina to dispel life obstacles.
