BEST MONEY DAYS this week are August 27th and 28th when the Moon in Cancer Sextiles Mercury, Venus and Jupiter and the three planets enjoy a brief time of canoodling in Virgo.
The week starts off on a high note as Jupiter, Venus and Mercury are conjoined in Virgo. Then Mercury slams on the brakes and heads in the reverse direction. Taking the kisses and cuddles of Venus with him Mercury methodically rewinds his way back through Virgo from the last degree of 29º. It could be an interesting review period if you are set on wanting to control your schedule and navigate the outer world circumstances of your life with your intellect. Though if you can allow the power of Grace, that is especially powerful and magical right now, to guide you your destiny awaits.
On September the first we have a potent new beginning for Virgo that’s got a few interesting twists and turns thrown into the mix.
Moss Agate is a power gemstone for Virgo. It comes in shades from light to deep mossy green. Moss agate aligns you with the earth’s energies, Mother Gaia and the nature spirits.
It has strong healing and grounding qualities and strengthens your physical health and vitality.

On August 27th Venus and Jupiter exactly conjunct which usually happens just once a year. This time the pair meet-up at 27º Virgo. Venus and Jupiter are the two benefics of the zodiac and always bring love blessings and financial rewards.
Mercury exactly conjunct Jupiter earlier this week and the three planets Mercury (your ordinary mind/intellect), Venus (goddess of love) and Jupiter (Santa Claus) have been hanging out within orb of each other all week.
Tomorrow, August 28th, Mercury exactly conjuncts Venus for the second time this year at 28º. The pair usually conjunct only once a year, but a few months ago they kissed in Taurus When Mercury was retrograde and now they are at it again, this time in Virgo. When Mercury and Venus meet you more likely to experience a meeting of your mind and heart. The pair conjunct just before Mercury stations retrograde is like your mind getting a kiss for good luck and this Mercury retrograde period could be a source of delight for you if you will allow it.
Both August 27 and 28th are fortunate days and you want to make the most of them.
Then suddenly Venus leaves the party and heads into Libra where she loves to hang out. It’s natural habitat as Venus is the natural ruler of Libra and this can be a very sociable and light hearted fun time for you. You enjoy life being lighter and more playful while Venus is in Libra. The shadow or hidden side of Libra is a tendency to co-dependence in relationships when you’re immature yet in your ways of loving and being loved by others. Also as a way to feel the sense of belonging you want and get your emotional needs met you can act passively aggressive to get your emotional needs met.

On August 30th Mercury stations retrograde at the critical 29th degree of Virgo. You can respond in different ways during the retrograde. How your mental chatter plays out will depend upon how controlling you are of your outer circumstances and your willingness to be flexible and shift your mental attitudes. If you’re being overly picky, which Virgo can be, it may be a long tedious three weeks for you until Mercury stations Direct on August 21st at 14º Virgo. If your mind is more mature this can be a wonderful time of deepening in your own desire for self healing and restoration of your mental faculties which Virgo is so exceptional at, being the original healer of the zodiac. You have an extraordinary capacity for natural healing. Virgo really knows how to tap into the mind body connection for healing to occur at deep levels of the psyche.
On September 1st we have the Solar Eclipse in Virgo which is a New Moon on rocket boosters for new beginnings and fresh starts. The Solar Eclipse is at 9º Virgo, so look in your astrology chart to find out where this fresh new start is occurring for you now. Eclipses play themselves out for six months or so after they occur. Though the course of your entire life can be completely altered forever during an eclipse season.
As I said in my fore shadowing there are a few interesting twists and turns with this Solar Eclipse in Virgo as it is Square to Saturn still within orb of a conjunction to Mars. Also, the Solar Eclipse (conjunct the Sun) opposes Neptune in Pisces and forms a T-Square with Saturn and Mars. There can be a lot of tension and hard work involved at the start of this new beginning, but the energy for determination to see things through is strong and there’s a willingness to do the hard work and whatever is necessary. Though the T-Square complicates matters for this new start there’s extraordinary power for lift off backing you up and making you stronger. There’s real warrior energy that’s been untapped that’s unleashed for you now.
On September 2nd Mercury conjuncts Jupiter again at 28º Virgo as it picks up speed in its retrograde journey back through the sign of Virgo. Jupiter conjunct the retrograde Mercury helps expand and bless Mercury’s task to review at the deepest levels now. Remember Mercury was at the critical final degree of 29º Virgo when it started its retrograde journey.

VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
What is a Void of Course Moon?
These are periods of time when the Moon does not make any contact with other planets for a period of time and is said to be Void of Course. As the Moon Reflects and has no light of its own when it is Void of Course there is no grounding available emotionally or psychically.
These are great periods for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
Void of Course Moon periods are not good for starting new projects, or launching new ventures, or having meetings (if you want to achieve anything), or signing contracts and making agreements as it’s less likely anything will come of any agreement, or it will be sluggish and slow to start.
When performing New or Full Moon Rituals wait until the Moon is once again in aspect to a planet before performing your ritual.
On August 28th we have a short, less than 2 hour, Void of Course Moon from 11:23pm PT when the Cancer Moon goes Void of Course until it enters the sign of Leo at 1:11am PT.
On August 30th at 9:20Pm PT we have a 11 hour Void of Course Moon when the Leo Moon goes Void Course until 9:20pm PT when it enters the sign of Virgo at 8:22am PT.
On August 24th we have a 4 hour Void of Course Taurus Moon from 12:38pm PT until 4:40pm PT when the Moon the sign of Gemini.
On September 1st, exact at 2:03am PT we have the Solar Eclipse New Moon at 9º Virgo.
Then on September 2nd we have our final Void of Course Moon period when the Virgo Moon goes Void of Course at 3:13pm PT until 5:55pm PT when it enters the sign of Libra.
