To Place Your Order:

For prompt handling of your order we ask that you place your orders through our secure online shopping cart, available 24 hours a day! Entering your order online gives both of us a written copy of your order and ensures accuracy. There is a $5.00 fee for personal one-on-one customer service assistance to place your online order for you.

If you are local to the Ashland, Oregon area you can call in your order and arrange for a pick-up at Springhill Wellness Center with no shipping or handling charge. Or place your order through our online shopping cart and indicate you'd like to pick-up your order and we will refund your shipping charge.

PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Pay Pal, and American Express, sorry we cannot accept personal checks or money orders. All payments are in U.S. Funds

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are usually shipped on the same day they are processed, M-F. Within the USA please allow 2-3 days from the time you place your order for delivery. International orders please allow 5-7 days after you place your order for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally, especially during holidays, the turn around time for processing and shipping orders may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience if this should occur.

SHIPPING:
Products are shipped by US PRIORITY and EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL with tracking and insurance to street and P.O. Box addresses, to all countries where available.

There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.85 for US PRIORITY, plus 30 cents per item handling charge that is calculated automatically. *Please Note: Occasionally additional shipping charges must be billed separately for orders with excessive weight to cover real shipping costs.

FREE SHIPPING on Retail Orders over $250. (US Only). A credit refund of your shipping charge, less the handling fee, will be given on retail product after placing your order. This does not apply to retail and bulk wholesale orders, or other special offers and discounts.

Express Mail International Shipping Now Available (Allow 6 days delivery)
The Express Mail International Shipping rate for ALL countries is $31.95, plus .30 cents per item handling charge that is calculated automatically. All international packages are fully insured with tracking if available, additional insurance for orders over $100. may be billed separately, and is figured by weight and country of destination. For large oversized orders we may need to use the Priority Mail International service (Allow 7-14 days delivery).

LESS EXPENSIVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS LOW AS $13.95
We do offer Priority Mail International service if available (Allow 7-14 days delivery). Please indicate in your shopping cart if you would like the least expensive shipping cost available to your country, and if a less expensive shipping method is available that includes insurance and tracking we will select it for you, and then credit your account for any shipping costs you've paid in excess of more than $5.00.

HANDLING CHARGE:
This charge is automatically included in the cost of your shipping, and helps to cover our personalized handling costs. Each item you order is lovingly hand poured FRESH (not pre-packaged and shelved weeks or months before) to ensure your oils are as fresh as possible, and for quality assurance of each product! We take great pleasure in providing you with outstanding customer care, and enjoy receiving comments of appreciation from our happy, satisfied customers.

TRACKING:
To ensure the Security and Quality handling of your order ALL packages have Delivery Confirmation status with Tracking (IN COUNTRIES WHERE AVAILABLE).

Can I get samples of PurePlant Essentials?
Yes, we send samples with any order, but generally do not just send out samples by themselves.  We can, however, make up an order of just samples for you. Please EMAIL KG with  your special requests. You are also welcome to request samples of products by putting your request in the "Comments" section of your order. For the more expensive oils there is a fee for samples to cover costs. BOTTLE MEASUREMENTS FOR PUREPLANT ESSENTIALS
The weight and amount of each pure essential oil or blend is approximate to the ml size of the bottle, not an exact measurement. General measurement by approximate fluid drops are as follows: 2.5ml-60 drops, 5ml-150 drops, and 15ml-360 drops. The count will be less for thick, resinous oils like Sandalwood, Myrrh and Vetiver.

CUSTOMER CARE NOTE:
When shopping online you will receive an email with a receipt for your order, along with helpful information about the product or service you purchased. You will also receive a confirmation of shipment from the US mail service with tracking to check on your package. We will follow-up with you by our automated customer care email service that provides you with educational support information, as well as checks in with you about receipt of your order. We always love hearing from our customers about their experience of our products and customer care service!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER for accuracy to make sure you've received everything you ordered in its entirety and report any errors immediately upon receipt of your product!

RETURNS POLICY:  
We guarantee the quality of our products and services and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren't we have the following returns policy:

If we make an error with your order, i.e. the wrong item has been shipped, please EMAIL KG immediately. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Returns must be unopened and in usable condition. Goods returned not due to our error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please EMAIL KG to request your "Returned Merchandise Authorization" RMA number and you will get a reply stating the credit amount that you have minus the 25% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA number. Once your return request is approved you will be notified of the amount of the IN STORE credit you will receive. All credits must be used within 1 year of the date issued. There are NO cash refunds!

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Inspect all products at the time of acceptance. Should you receive a product damaged in transit, please verify it at the time of picking up your package at the post office, or with your mail carrier. Please keep all the packing materials and the box, do not discard! Please contact KG Stiles Health Mastery Systems immediately at 541-941-7315 or EMAIL KG and let us know what has happened. New items will be shipped at NO CHARGE to replace the damaged ones as soon as the damaged items have been returned.

AROMA CONSISTENCY MAY VARY:
KG's passion is to provide you with premium quality pure essential oils and holistic health care products and services. As PurePlant Essentials are made from natural plant matter the consistency of an aromatic oil or formula may vary from batch to batch. PurePlant Essential are natural, undiluted and unadulterated, meaning nothing has been added.
