Chakra Energy Readings are brief (usually 15-30 minutes in length) and focus on KG reading your life energy patterns for insight about your key question (often related to health, relationship and money matters) to quickly assess the root cause of your problem for resolution and healing. Personal & Professional Life Healing Sessions can vary in length. In your time together with KG, you can review your major life patterns, take a look at where you are today, align and restore harmony and balance to your mind, body, spirit, and emotions, learn about your soul's life purpose, and create your custom plan for helping you to overcome blocks, and maintain a balanced lifestyle to support optimal health and the flow of grace in your life. You will experience immediate relief, and return to a sense of peace and well-being. Once you know how to maintain alignment with your soul essence you will be relieved of chronic stress, and your symptoms of dis-ease will be resolved.

The inspiration for your healing session comes through KG's intuitive gifts as a healer, and Applied Kinesiology (AK), also known as muscle testing. Through Intuition and AK KG can access your innate healing wisdom, and know exactly what is out of balance and the techniques for promoting balance and healing at all levels of your being.

Your healing session may include Bowen Therapy, BodyTalk, Chakra Balancing, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Energy Healing, as well as other metaphysical healing modalities like astrology, and numerology.
