The Western Guide to Feng Shui: Room by Room
by Terah Kathryn Collins
Amazon.com Review
After reading Terah Kathryn Collins's The Western Guide to Feng Shui: Room by
Room, you'll never look at your home the same way again. Under Collins's
caring and perceptive tutelage, the home becomes more than just a box to move
around in; it grows into an entire ecology of meaning and encouragement. To
begin, Collins explains in clear language the principles of Feng Shui and how it
can be good or bad. After detailing a number of items used as traditional Feng
Shui enhancements, Collins proceeds to walk us through all the rooms of a house,
from foyer to attic, to family room, bedroom, and kitchen. She explains the
significance of each room, common problems, and, most importantly, effective
solutions. In westernizing her Feng Shui, Collins dispenses with some of the
more bizarre and ungainly traditional practices, always keying in on the
straightforward and pragmatic. By including inner practices as well as outer,
Collins offers one of the most profound and enriching Feng Shui books yet.

Feng Shui One Can Actually Understand
I've
picked up many Feng Shui books in the past and they have only confused me. Guess
I needed this a-z guide with actual instructions and tips spelled out clearly.
And although it is set up alphabetically, a great read from start to finish as
well. I really appreciated the simplicity of it. Turn to B for Bedrooms for
example and see that you need to get the exercise equipment out of there and it
clearly tells you why. Check out the section on mirrors, they can remedy almost
any situation. -Amazon.com Review
The Western Guide to Feng Shui for Romance
by Terah Kathryn Collins
I wanted a book
that was quick to read and gave specific ideas of what to do to improve the
romantic mood of my bedroom. This small book was perfect! It focuses on the Yin
and Yang elements and how to acheive the right balance in your rooms. You don't
have to be a Feng Shui believer to benefit from this book as many of the
suggestions make logical sense. Not only did it have easy suggestions for the
bedroom, it has a chapter on how to bring balance to every room of the home. In
just a couple hours of reading I had practical solutions that I could implement.
This book is so much better than the hours I wasted on other Feng Shui books
that went on about house orientation, etc. and never offered many practical
solutions. -Patricia Morris Craze, Phoenix, AZ USA
The Essential Feng Shui CD Course and Workbook
by Terah Kathryn Collins
Good Basic Intro
If you are new to the subject, want a brief overview, or are just curious - this
is a great option. I enjoyed listening to the CD and picked up a few new tips
even though I have been studying and practicing Feng Shui for many years.

The Western Guide to Feng Shui for Prosperity
by Terah Kathryn Collins
"This book is
fabulous because it shows real case studies of people who have had their lives
transformed thanks to Feng Shui! So, it's very inspiring.
It also makes Feng Shui more concrete. I had more than several ah-ha moments
reading the book, especially when the people did something slightly differently
than I have and experience positive results. A winner!"

The Western Guide to Feng Shui: Creating Balance, Harmony, and Prosperity in Your Environment
by Terah Kathryn Collins
It opened up a whole new career for me
"The Western Guide was the first book I read on the subject of Feng Shui. It was
such a clear treatise on a very complex subject I was inspired to study with Ms.
Collins at her Western School of Feng Shui in San Diego, CA (advertised in the
back of the book). As a result of her training program, I have been practicing
Feng Shui professionally for almost two years now. The Western Guide to Feng
Shui did indeed create harmony and prosperity in my life! Since that time I have
read many other Feng Shui books, but Terah's method still rates at the top for
clarity and western practicality. VERY highly recommended - the best book for
those new to the subject." -Evana Maggiore
