A sweet and soft licorice aroma that's reminiscent of anise Bitter Fennel pure essential oil is a natural diuretic and relieves the discomfort associated with fluid retention in the body.

Bitter Fennel oil relieves premenstrual tension and bloating. Its hormone like activity may help tone breast tissue and stimulate the production of milk in lactating mothers.

Due to its cleansing tonic action Bitter Fennel aromatherapy essential oil is often recommended as a hot compress for treating cellulite, as well as digestive system complaints such as weak or sluggish digestion, constipation or flatulence.
