Waters Role In Healthy Brain Function. Water plays an extremely important role in your diet and bodily functions. Many parts of your brain draw much of their energy from water.

Water must be taken into your body in its pure, natural state, optimally drink half your body weight in ounces daily.

Water is vital to energy production in your cells and in your overall metabolism, and neurotransmission. Nerve transmission is heavily dependent upon water.
