“Gratitude is the heart’s memory.” ~ French Proverb

This is our Thanks Giving 2005 issue. Thank you for joining me in remembering to give thanks for our many blessings. Mother Nature’s productivity sets a good example for each of us to emulate. The universal law of attraction states that we attract more of whatever we focus on. In other words when you focus on your abundance, instead of lack, you emanate a vibrational frequency that resonates to attract abundance.

As a way of giving thanks and showing my appreciation to Health Mastery Ezine subscribers I am offering you a FREE 8 ounce bottle of my Abundance™ essential oil ($24.95 value) formula when you pay for a healing session, or purchase one or more of my products or services online. Abundance is a uniquely formulated blend of: Myrrh, Cinnamon Bark, Frankincense, Patchouli, Orange, Clove, Ginger and Spruce.

This organic essential oil formula helps on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Its application makes us like magnets to attract Abundance. Its frequency resonates with the “Law of Attraction,” making it the perfect blend to help you attract abundance into your life. This offer is available only to my Health Mastery Ezine subscribers and expires on Sunday, November 20th.

HEALTH ARTICLE: The Patient/Practitioner Relationship, Part II, By John Veltheim, D.C., L. Ac.

We’ll start with a review of the Summary from Part I of the article:

“A dynamic interactive relationship exists between the patient and the practitioner. Each participant is there to fulfill whatever result, good or bad, may be forthcoming. Likewise, their presence and mutual interaction is the outcome of predetermined factors inherent within each. Universal laws such as synchronicity and sequential cause and effect influence the final outcome of any treatment. Actions are irrevocably taking place between the two players involving all the dynamics thus far described. These are descriptions of the game of life.

By understanding this process, we can arrive at a philosophical understanding that will transmute the apparent struggle of life into a process of exciting events to be observed and played out. During this process a deep awareness may occur at various levels in each participant that can transform lives.

There are various stages of these dynamics that depend upon the state of awareness of each participant and are relative to the factors described so far.

These dynamic stages between patient/practitioner I will summarize into three main levels for this article. There are many sublevels of interaction that will be described in my forthcoming book on BodyTalk.

BOOK REVIEW : Living the Liberated Life and Dealing With the Pain Body, by Eckhart Tolle (also available in audio). “Somewhere between the past and the future lies a dimension that is free of problems, free of suffering, free of conflict. This is the essence of all the world’s spiritual teachings. And it is available to us now, in the moment we read this.”

RECIPE: HARVEST PUMPKIN PIE ~ A delicious pumpkin pie, spiced with ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Yumm!

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree, canned or fresh

* 3/4 cup unrefined (raw) sugar

* 1/2 teaspoon (fine) salt

* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger

* 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon

* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground cloves

* 1 teaspoon all-purpose white flour

* 2 eggs, lightly beaten

* 1 cup evaporated milk, undiluted

* 2 tablespoons water

* 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

* 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)

PREPARATION: Combine dry ingredients: sugar, salt, spices, and flour in a medium mixing bowl. Blend pumpkin and eggs and mix well with dry ingredients. Add evaporated milk, water, and vanilla; mix well. Pour pumpkin filling into 9 inch pastry-lined glass pie dish. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake about 35 minutes longer, or until center is firm. Serve individual pie slices, topped with fresh whipped cream.

ACTION EXERCISE: Give Thanks, a Visualization and an Affirmation for Creating Abundance.
Write a list of at least 10 things you have to be grateful for.
Now focus your intent on your list of many blessings. As you look at each thing you’ve written on your list, breathe in deeply and visualize the blessing you are focusing on in clear, precise detail while affirming your gratitude aloud, “Thank you.”
Hold this visual image for a minimum of 3-4 seconds while experiencing details about your blessing.
For example: You see a person whose name you’ve written down on the list. See them smiling and happy. Now embrace them and say, “Thank you for loving me and always giving me your support. I love you.” Feel a rush of warm blood circulating through your body as you embrace your loved one and give them your thanks.

As you release them from your embrace and step backward, away from them, see the smile on their face grow bigger, see them light up, filled with the light of your love.

Now see your loved one walk over to someone, maybe someone you know, maybe not. It doesn’t matter. See your loved one embracing this person and telling them, “Thank you,” and sharing their love.

Now see both your loved one and the one they embraced lighting up even more with the love they are sharing. See them moving away from each other and on to other people with whom they share an embrace of love and gratitude.

See this generous act of love and gratitude multiplying and spreading out as far as you can see.

Breathe deeply and feel the light of love circulating and spreading to every cell of your being. Say, “Thank you,” aloud and embrace yourself for this gift of love you are perpetually sharing with the world.

Now post your list of many blessings where you will see it frequently.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this issue of Health Mastery Ezine and will share it with your friends, family and associates. Please send me your comments and questions.
