As always look where a celestial body is located in your own astrology chart, what house it occupies, to see where the action is happening in your own personal life.
New Moon at 14° Aquarius on Wednesday, February 2 at 6:31pm PT. This new moon is occurring at the time of the Chinese New Year of the Metal Rabbit (February 3rd) and in a close conjunction with Mars, the planet of action, and trine to Saturn, the planet that gives form and structure to our lives. This New Moon signals a powerful new beginning! Much of January was a fast forward period of completing unfinished business from our previous year. Now we’re getting the green light for moving ahead and giving form to our ideas though with Saturn’s recent retrograde motion on January 25th we’ll also be slowly reviewing our structures during the next 4 1/2 months. This is in harmony with the Chinese Metal Rabbit energies which move more slowly and patiently. The Metal element signifies sharp, defining moments, and cutting away of dead wood that no longer serves the new structures coming into form that may require renovation of foundations and fundamental underpinnings of your life.
