The week starts off on a critical degree when you’re given a test you must pass before crossing the threshold.
The power gemstone for the Last Quarter Cancer Waning Moon is Moonstone.
Helpful for balancing intense feelings and emotions make a refreshing elixir of moonstone water to enjoy at the time of the next new moon.
To make a moonstone elixir add moonstone (even a small piece of moonstone works well) to
a ceramic bowl of fresh water.
Leave the bowl of water and moonstone outdoors in the light of the moon from the time of a new moon until the next new moon.
You can use your moonstone elixir to enhance all of in your new and full moon celebrations and rituals.
BEST MONEY DAY potential this week is on the 23rd, 26th and 27th.
Generally we are headed into an auspicious period of manifesting in the social sphere through the remainder of this year and through 2017 as Jupiter and Saturn are moving to an exact Sextile which does not perfect until August 2017.

Astro Energy Report Highlights
On October 22nd we have the 29º Cancer Quarter Waning Moon, exact at 12:14pm PT square to Mercury conjunct the Sun in Libra both about to cross into Scorpio.
This is the critical degree, the last stitch you must complete. Today you’ll know how prepared you are for the next stop in your evolutionary growth if you are triggered emotionally on this day. Staying peaceful is a great sign of maturity. Are you ready for the next step in your journey? You’ll find out today, some test may come.
Sun (representing your life force) moves into Scorpio at 4:46pm PT today, followed by Mercury (representing your conscious mind and intellect) on November 24th. Scorpio interests include matters of death and rebirth. Scorpio loves detective work and getting to the truth of things. Scorpio is willing to do whatever it takes for healing and regeneration to occur. Depending upon the house Scorpio resides in your own personal chart will color how the Scorpio energy plays out for you.
On November 25th Venus (the planet of love) at 9º Sagittarius is square Neptune (the higher octane of the Venutian love energies). There can be a conflict between your personal love preferences and what’s required of you to fulfill a more altruistic heart centered interest. The square aspect between planets often represents some kind of sacrifice of the personal which results in maturation.
On November 26th Venus at 10º Sagittarius sextiles Jupiter in Libra. This is an auspicious day for love and pleasure.
Venus is about to conjunct Saturn and will trigger the sextile energy forming between Jupiter and Saturn for manifesting and can result in a material windfall of some kind, including money today and tomorrow when the Sun at 4º Scorpio and Mercury finally make an exact conjunction. The pair have been traveling together for some time now.
The Scorpio New Moon on the 30th will conjunct and trigger the Sun Mercury conjunction again. This is a beneficial and friendly joining of energies. Pluto and Mars both influence financial flow, as does the Sun and Mercury. Pluto and Mars are still within close range of one another in Capricorn. There’s a real setup for fruitful connections arising now with long term beneficial consequences for you, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have personal planets within orb to any of these planets or celestial points.
I’ll talk more about the Scorpio New Moon which coincides this year with the Festival of Lights and the Dead of the Dead. Days of celebration are from October 30th to November 2nd or 3rd, depending where you live in the world.

VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions.
YOU CAN USE essential oils to help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally sweet and earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions which are watery and fluid. The earthy aromatic scents Galbanum and Vetiver are especially helpful for grounding the emotions if you’re feeling anxious.
Void of Course Moons are great periods for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
Void of Course Moon periods are not good for starting new projects, or launching new ventures, or having meetings (if you want to achieve anything), or signing contracts and making agreements as it’s less likely anything will come of any agreement, or it will be sluggish and slow to start.
For your New and Full Moon Rituals make sure the Moon is not Void of Course and in aspect to another celestial body when doing your ritual for best results.
On October 22nd we have a short 20 minute Void of Course Moon from 12:14pm PT to 12:34pm PT on the same day when the Cancer Moon moves into the sign of Leo.
On October 24th we have a 15 hour Void of Course Moon from 5:21am PT to 8:16pm PT when the Leo Moon enters the sign of Virgo.
On October 26th we have a long around 19 hour Void of Course Moon from 11:33am PT to 6:51am PT on the same day when the Virgo Moon enters the sign of Libra.
