Learning to use your breath to cleanse your energy system is the initial first step to take for Clearing, Balancing and Charging all of your 7 Major Energy Centers, or Chakras. Your daily thoughts of judgment and emotional reactions to life situations, as well as environmental toxins create a build up of toxic residue which you are learning how to effectively release and cleanse from your energy system. Pranic Light Breathing is also known as Rainbow Light Breathing.

Pranic Light Breathing:

Sit comfortably with your spine erect, close your eyes and inhale the pure essential oil of Lavender.

Lavender is the universal chakra oil. Its gentle nourishing and healing effect has the ability to harmonize and stabilize your entire human energy system, or Chakras.

If you have PurePlant Essentials chakra anointing oils kit specifically formulated for clearing, balancing and charging your chakras I recommend either Compassion or Blissful Union for Pranic Light Breathing.

Begin to focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with oxygen. Visualize the oxygen you breathe in being filled with the light of Prana, or life force energy.

See this Pranic light, or life force energy, vibrating with all the colors of the rainbow as it fills your lungs and is delivered through your blood stream to all the cells of your body. Visualize this vibrating rainbow light flowing through your blood stream to all the cells of your body.

As you exhale see any toxic residue, like a brownish-grey smoke, leave your energy system. Learning to use your breath to cleanse your energy system is the initial first step to take for Clearing, Balancing and Charging all of your 7 Major Energy Centers, or Chakras.

Your daily thoughts of judgment and emotional reactions to life situations, as well as environmental toxins create a build up of toxic residue which you are now effectively releasing and cleansing from your energy system.

Allow any thoughts or emotions that are being dispelled to come to the surface and leave you. You are cleansing your Mind and Body of toxic, unprocessed cellular debris.

These breathing exercises, along with pure essential oils are THE most powerful antioxidants known and stimulate the increase of oxygen to all your cells for enhanced nutrition and removal of metabolic waste and toxic residue.

Continue to visualize the vibrating rainbow light of prana flowing through your blood stream to all the cells of your body throughout your Chakra Meditation. You are free to work on a single Chakra or more in a session as you have the time and capacity.

To show honor and proper accord to each of your Chakras I encourage you to focus briefly on each Energy Center as you move upward through your Tree of Life to the Chakra on which you intend to focus your attention.
