5th Chakra Vishuddha (Throat) ~ Space ~ Blue ~ Intention to Create

Your 5th Chakra: The Vishuddha Chakra (Throat) is located at the back of your throat - the power of space is creativity and self expression. This is the prana for transforming vibration into particle, the beginning of creation and coming into being. From Sanskrit Vishuddha can be translated as “to purify by separating out” and refers to one’s “negative” experiences being transformed into wisdom, learning and Pure Consciousness.

This is your vital life force energy representing creativity and vocal self expression. Its nature and primary function is the power of space for making wise decisions. When your Vishuddha Chakra is balanced and functioning healthily you are a free flowing channel for inspiration, communication, expression, creativity and interactions.

As with all of your higher “personal” chakras (4-7) the 5th chakra serves to unite you with the transcendent state of consciousness for receiving Divine Guidance. The gift of a clear and open 5th chakra is clairaudience. Its primary polarity for balance and integration is with the 3rd Chakra (Manipura or Solar Plexus). Your personal desire and will is integrated with Divine or Higher Will. In your “higher” chakras you can move beyond the “law of karma,” from action and reaction, to the “law of grace” where serendipity and synchronicity, being in the right place at the right time are common occurrences.

A balanced and healthy Vishuddha Chakra attracts life experiences of being an overflowing channel for Divine Inspiration. You experience feelings of being in the zone, or in the flow where good fortune and grace continually smile on you. Your 5th chakra is where miracles of spontaneous healing and unexplainable coincidences most often occur.

Surrendering your personal will to what IS, or the Will of Heaven, is the Key that Unlocks a Blocked Vishuddha Chakra. 

Balancing your 5th chakra promotes healing of your fears around authority and your ability to make choices. Your faith is restored, and your self-knowledge and sense of personal authority and ability to make wise choices and keep your word is strengthened.

Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Vishuddha Chakra emits an energy frequency that resonates with experiences of repression of one’s thoughts and feelings, not being able, or feeling safe to speak your truth which results in stagnation of ch’i, obsessions, lack of expression, chronic depression, indecision, fears and phobias.

CHAKRA MASSAGE™ - Gateway Holding Point located at the center of your throat, or if sensitive, back of neck (hold for 1-3 minutes). Then with light touch, using your right middle finger, make a circular movement in a counter clockwise direction to activate clearing and cleansing release for your Vishuddha chakra. Remember to breathe pranic, rainbow light energy into the chakra for 1-3 minutes.

Sound the Seed Syllable HA (Keynote G) while continuing to focus your awareness at your Vishuddha Chakra for 1-4 minutes.

Clear and Balance (1-4 minutes duration) by allowing images to naturally surface and melt away as blockages are cleared and balance restored in your Vishuddha Chakra.

Conclude (1 minute duration) your visualization and recitation of the Seed Syllable HA by seeing your Vishuddha Chakra as a clear and vibrant whirling ball of brilliant BLUE light pulsing with energy at this center.
