On August 7th we have the 15º.25′ Aquarius Full Moon Lunar Eclipse exact at 11:11am PT. Full Moons are always in Opposition to the Sun which creates the Full Moon Phenomenon and Illumination about something unknown or unexplored can come to light. This illumination is especially bold and active as the Leo Sun is Conjunct Mars (the planet of action and energy).
This is potentially a very dramatic moon for you. Being original and expressing your heart energies with openness and authenticity calls to you now. You want to express your truth in an original and heartfelt way perhaps like you’ve never allowed yourself to do before.
The Aquarius Lunar Eclipse is also Trine to Jupiter in Libra and Sextile to Saturn. Jupiter smiles on you and helps you to open up with ease like a flower blooming. While Saturn gives you a feeling of being supported to stand in your power and inner sense of authority.
Also, Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces form a loose Yod (finger of fate) with the Sun and Mars in Leo. There is something of destiny at work for you with this Lunar Eclipse. So, open up and trust! New and surprising possibilities can catapult you into a new direction, or something new and exciting can open up for you now.
This finger of fate ties into a Kite Pattern with the tail of the kite the Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse, so you can soar free with the upcoming Leo Solar Eclipse activating a powerful new beginning for you. At least that’s the potential available to you. Will you go for it?
This Lunar Eclipse opens the way to the Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse in two weeks time which will be conjunct the North Node now in Leo. This means that this time period will have significant and far reaching effects far into your future. Pay attention!
On August 10th Mercury at 11º Virgo Sextile Venus in Cancer. Mercury is slowing down about to Station Retrograde for 3 weeks. When Mercury and Venus get together there’s usually money and good times involved. Pay attention now as doors can open and the Retrograde movement could return something to you that you thought was lost.
On August 10th the Sun at 18º Leo Sextile Jupiter in Libra (2:24pm PT), just moving away from its exact Square to Pluto. This will help smooth over any tension that resulted from Jupiter’s Square to Pluto considerably and open up opportunities for you though perhaps delayed a bit as we’re in a Moon Void of Course until 10:22pm PT.
On August 11th Venus at 13º Cancer is Trine Neptune Retrograde in Pisces. But the Moon in Aries Square to Venus blocks this good feeling positive energy a bit. The more controlling, self absorbed and emotionally needy you are now the less you’ll be able to tap into the potential feel good vibes of love that the Venus Trine Neptune energy showers upon us now.
VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions. Essential oils can help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions.
These are great periods for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. - On August 10th we have a 16 hour Void of Course Moon from 6:38am to 10:22pm PT when the Pisces Moon enters the sign of Aries.
