NATURAL BREAST HEALTH

Ahh.. yes, tell me the ways to love my breasts. To the very depths and heights let me express my love to thee.

Like all natural and precious works of art, no two breasts are ever alike. Not yours, not mine. Recognizing your breasts incomparable uniqueness can make you appreciate your own uniqueness as a woman all the more.

So take a few moments, right now, to appreciate your breasts. Give them your complete attention. Adore their shape, their form. Admire them, accept them, love them, totally - and vow to take quality care of them for ever more.

I would like to share with you the most absolutely amazing technique I have ever experienced in my more than 30 years of practice as a complementary and alternative health care practitioner. I've used this technique successfully for my own breast health.

You see, like many women, for many years I was plagued continually with agonizing breast tenderness. Especially at certain times of the month. That is until I discovered this Breast Health Procedure I'm about to share with you.

The simple movements you're about to learn will stimulate your body's own natural healing mechanism, resulting in the release of toxins, restoring balance and enhancing your breast health. Mr. Tom Bowen of Perth, Australia originally discovered these gentle, noninvasive movements for relieving breast tenderness back in the mid-1900's.

Since learning and applying this gentle, healing technique I have been free of breast tenderness and have noticed other positive health results, as well. I've shared this technique with thousands of women who have also reported outstanding results.

BREAST HEALTH PROCEDURE

PLEASE NOTE:  The Breast Health Procedure is not recommended for women with breast implants.

This procedure may be used to help relieve the following symptoms:

Breast tenderness

Uneven or lumpy breast tissue

Stimulate production of milk in lactating women

Pre-menstrual tension and discomfort

Swelling and pain from breast surgery

Pectoralis muscle pain

Mastitis

This technique can be performed on yourself once a week, or daily if needed, either standing, sitting, or while taking a warm and soothing shower. It increases lymph drainage in, around and under the breast tissue, encouraging the area to remain free of toxic build-up.
 

First notice the position of your nipple. The moves should be performed at, or above your nipple line. You are contacting the breast tissue beneath your skin, instead of over it. You will be moving the breast tissue out of the way, and orienting your moves to the center of your nipple.

Perform on your least tender side first, or the left side first if there's no discernible difference.

Use your left hand, palm facing down, to press the top of your left breast downward. Take a deep breath, and let it out. Now move your hand toward the outside of your body, keeping your hand "superglued" to your skin instead of sliding over it. Attempt to pull your skin to the side without putting any pressure at all on the tissue underneath it.

Now perform the move back toward the midline of your body, with gentle, even pressure. Move as far as your skin will let you without sliding across it. Release your contact with the skin and relax, inhale and exhale for several cycles of breathing.

Now with your left hand, cup and lift your left breast, moving the breast tissue out of the way, the border of your hand is up, as close to your nipple line as possible. Take a deep breath, and let it out.

This time you will gently draw the skin of your breast toward the midline of your body first. Keeping the border of your hand "superglued" to your skin instead of sliding over it. Now perform the move with gentle, even pressure, moving toward the outside of your body as far as your skin will allow.

Repeat this entire procedure on your right breast.
