MARJORAM ( Origanum marjorana ) ~ a spicy, warm and soothing aroma that is relaxing, comforting and calming to your nervous system. Marjoram may be helpful for relieving anxiety attacks, stress, emotional exhaustion and insomnia. Marjoram’s powerful restorative properties make it an  effective treatment for those who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome. CYPRESS ( Cupressus sempervirens ) ~ A hemostat and a decongestant Cypress oil has the most powerful astringent action in aromatherapy. Its properties act to strengthen and tone the circulatory and nervous systems and relieve circulatory and lymphatic congestion. Cypress oil is the essential oil most often used to strengthen and support healthy functioning of the heart and circulatory system. It has often been recommended for softening walls of hardened arteries and to strengthen weak connective tissue. A powerful vasoconstrictor its astringent properties make Cypress effective for treating conditions associated with congestion of lymph or blood circulation such as rheumatism, fibromyalgia, arthritis and sinusitis. An antispasmodic Cypress oil is an excellent oil to use for sports injuries, strains and sprains, aches and pains. Add it to your massage lubricant to stimulate blood circulation and speed healing.

LAVENDER ( Lavendula augustifolia ) ~ Lavender has broad application and may be beneficial for treating an assortment of wounds, as well as for relieving inflammatory conditions like rheumatism, sore muscles and back pain. Lavender is excellent for skin care and promotes healing and regeneration for all skin types, especially dry skin.

Helichrysum Immortelle is one of the strongest essential oils for relieving inflammation. Coconut oil is fully metabolized by the body and, unlike most oils, not absorbed into the fatty cells and tissues of the body, making it an ideal carrier for essential oils to move through the fat cells beneath the dermis and into the blood vessels serving muscles, etc. As well Pure Light Coconut oil remains liquid at room temperature and, because of its light consistency, will not clog skin pores, making it suitable to use on sensitive or problem skin.
