Aloha and welcome to Moonscopes Astrology. This is your bi-weekly astrology forecast from the Leo Full Moon on February 14th to the Pisces New Moon on February 28th. This is a general forecast about the current astrological alignments affecting everyone. If you have personal planets within 1-3º orb of an alignment then you will have a more direct personal experience of the celestial event.
With all of your personal and social planets slowed down it feels like you are at a major intersection waiting for the caution yellow light to either turn red or green.
This slowing down effect of the planets allows things beneath the surface to percolate up to your awareness for release.

On February 14 we have the 26º Leo Full Moon on Saint Valentine’s Day exact at 3:53pm PT. The Leo Full Moon catalyzes the release of old baggage, especially old hurts, or patterns of thinking that have undermined or held you back.
The Leo Full Moon Conjuncts the First Degree Magnitude Star Regulus “the Lion’s Heart.” How perfect is that! Regulus is a Fixed Wealth Star and associated with prosperity, abundance and wealth.
The Sabian Symbol for 26º Leo is, “After a Storm A Rainbow Appears.” Contemplate this symbol to see what message it has for you.
The Leo Full Moon brings illumination, celebration and completion to the areas of your life where the Moon and Sun are located.
The Leo Full Moon is on St. Valentine’s Day, a day of celebrating your intimate heart based love connections within yourself and with others.
The healing angel Archangel Raphael watches over you from this region of the heavens blessing you with alertness, nobility, great power, status and leadership.
This is a birthday celebration moon for those of you with strong Leo influence in your chart. Do something to recognize how far you’ve come and all that you’ve achieved since the Leo New Moon last August.
The Leo Full Moon also marks the first station of completion for your Aquarius New Moon intentions set two weeks ago.
The Leo Full Moon has a bit of drama and emotional flare to it. This one is especially so as it’s making a stellar Trine to Uranus (the Awakener) in its sister sign of Aries and Sextiles Mars (the planet of action) in Libra. These planetary aspects represent a rocket of pure desire taking off!
The Sun is conjunct Mercury and Trine to Mars. So, you have the ability to negotiate your way through any challenges.
There may be extreme tension as the Sun Moon opposition that makes the Leo Full Moon forms a T-Square with stern Saturn. So you will be required to make necessary adjustments and face the reality of your situation in some way before lift off.
However, all the elements for peaceful negotiation and finding win-win solutions are present and you are completely supported.

On February 18th the Sun enters the watery and spiritual depths of Pisces at 10:00am PT and conjuncts Neptune at 5º Pisces exact on February 23rd.
You feel dreamy and creative. It’s a great time for contemplating and your dream life may be quite active during this period as the Pisces Sun Trines Jupiter (the planet of good fortune) exact on the day of the 10º Pisces New Moon on February 28th.
On February 18th also the Libra Moon forms a tense Grand Cardinal Cross which helps you breakthrough old patterns that may surface now. You realize or may be forced to realize something about how you relate with others and have an opportunity to let go of power struggles within yourself or with others that prevent you from realizing your dreams for yourself.
Your affirmation on this day: “All things work together for good. Life happens for me!”
On February 22nd we have the Last Quarter Moon at 4º Sagittarius. Early in the day the Quarter Moon Squares up to the Sun conjunct Neptune and Chiron in Pisces, so there could be an emotionally unsettling moment followed by some realization that frees you later in the day as the Moon Trines Uranus (the Awakener) in Aries. Be open to brilliant ideas coming to you from out of no where to resolve any conflicts.
On February 24th, at the same time the Sun is conjunct to Neptune in Pisces, Venus your planet of love in Capricorn Sextiles Saturn in Scorpio. This combination of energy helps you give form to your dreams, ideas and things you value most.
The energies leading up to the 10º Pisces New Moon exact at 11:59pm PT on February 28th are excellent for seeding the dreams coming into form for you now.
On February 28th the same day as the Pisces New Moon the planet Mercury at 18º Aquarius Stations Direct. Your thoughts shifts into forward gear and you’re complete with letting go of old ways of thinking and ready to implement the realizations you made during Mercury’s Retrograde phase.
The Sabian symbol for the 10º Pisces New Moon is, “An aviator in the clouds.”
Contemplate this symbol to see what message it has for you. For me this symbol indicates flying high and my ability to see ahead being clouded. This is a time to rely on your intuition to guide you through any momentary confusion.
During Neptune’s 14 year station in its native sign of Pisces you’ll continue the process of deepening your trust in following your intuition to guide you through any challenges. Flying blind becomes the norm as no one can see what lies ahead in this brave new world we’ve now entered.
The Pisces New Moon conjuncts not one, but two First Degree Magnitude Stars making it especially powerful!
The First Star is Fomalhault: A Royal Fixed Wealth Star and the Second is Alpha Cygnus.
Fomalhaut is guarded by Archangel Gabriel the Watcher of the South and is a Star of Alchemy, Magic and Fame and considered most fortunate.
Alpha Cygnus is also considered fortunate and brings intelligence, creativity and originality.
