The end of the week from the Gemini Last Quarter Waning Moon on August 24th to August 27th the skies are full of intense squares and there’s plenty of hard work and holding your tongue as you could feel a little irritated. You may be feeling serious and taking things too personally. Lighten up!

On August 22nd Mercury at 26º Virgo conjuncts Jupiter and the Sun enters the sign of Virgo. It’s an earthy day great for manifesting and attending to the practical details of your work and health.
On August 24th we have the Gemini Last Quarter Waning Moon. We’re past the first phase after last week’s August 18th Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius. The first of two Lunar Eclipses occurring this month.
The lovely grey blue Celestite crystal is one of the power gemstones of Gemini. Celestite is said to elevate the Mercurial qualities of your lower mind to align with your guardian angel. Celestite can help you attune to higher frequencies of energy, as well as commune with the angelic realms for spiritual guidance and to open your mind to receive answered prayer.
Now we enter the final phase of the Moon releasing her light and going into shadow. It’s a time of letting go and preparing psychically for a new birth in a week’s time. Go within, be still and listen.
Speaking of shadows Mercury entered its retrograde shadow on August 10th. What was happening on or around that date for you. You might have noticed a flavor of things to come.

On August 24th also Mars at 9º Sagittarius conjuncts Saturn. The pair are within 2º of an exact square to Neptune which will perfect with Mars tomorrow August 25th. You’ll get a tangy taste of what’s in flux and set to change for the better. Watch for being pushy or overbearing to get your way. Allow things to open and blossom rather than force things. Things have a way of working out now for the better if you will let them.
This entire year Saturn in Sagittarius has been in a square dance with Neptune in Pisces. There’s been confusion about truth and what is real or fantasy. You’ve been required to step up, raise your standards and do the hard work of putting firm foundations beneath your dreams that will give you enduring support.
A square always represents at least one, or more challenges and Saturn is about the time and hard work necessary to make things real while Neptune helps you birth ideals and dreams into the world.
Saturn and Neptune are quite opposite in their influence. Saturn gives form and structure while Neptune dissolves boundaries. Saturn makes you face harsh realities while Neptune offers confusion, illusion and deception.
September Peak Intense Days!
Neptune and Saturn will have their final exact square on September 10th, the day after Jupiter leaves Virgo and enters the sign Libra for a year and Venus in Libra Squares Pluto in Capricorn. Signaling major shifts and adjustments are here for you.
This is also the week of the final Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 18th.
Mercury is retrograde until the 21st, so this Fall Eclipse season has a bit of a whip or stinger on it.
Flavor of What’s Ahead for You in 2017!
Energetically there is balance coming in for you! All that puts you out of balance has to go and the sooner the better. The coming year when Jupiter is in Libra will expand what is balanced and working and expose what is out of balance which will result in a further breakdown of structures that are crumbling from lack of adaptability and change to meet today’s fast changing circumstances.

Void of Course Moon Periods
These are great periods for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
On August 20th we have a 7 hour Void of Course Moon from 5:21am PT when the Pisces Moon goes Void of Course until it enters the sign of Aries at 12:18pm PT.
On August 22nd at 4:48am PT we have a 9 hour Void of Course Moon when the Aries Moon goes Void Course until 2:19pm PT when it enters the sign of Taurus at 2:19pm PT.
On August 24th we have a 4 hour Void of Course Taurus Moon from 12:38pm PT until 4:40pm PT when the Moon the sign of Gemini.
On August 26th we have the fourth and final Void of Course Moon from 5:30pm PT when the Gemini Moon goes Void of Course for a couple of hours until 8:06pm PT when the Moon enters Cancer.
